Needs work There is constantly garbage everywhere, the parking lot is hazardous and riddled with potholes, the maintenance staff are rude and loud. The apartments are run down, need severe attention.
nice,clean,friendly neighbors it's nice haven't had any trouble ,just suck when it comes to fixing stuff ,not enough staff or they will come look at it and then say they will put a order in by the office to get the product and never do haven't got a issue fix in 6 months
Not worth it Have really went downhill and rent keeps going up.
