Sassafras Thank you. I enjoy living here. The location is nice, and staff are responsive even when short-staffed. Parking is a little difficult, but there are plenty of spaces. Not everyone follows the Parking rules.
Good for the price Sassafras is a good budget apartment complex. They offer nice amenities, try to encourage a good community by having events, the staff are friendly, and are accommodating. The only complaint is that not all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manor and often only halfway done.
Apartment Review We really enjoy where we are! While the location is definitely a bit sketchy at times, for the price, it is worth it! Anytime we habe ever had issues, staff and maintenance has been on top of it. We really appreciate it as we have loivdin other places that are not as timely or kind.
