Good place for the price For living in a townhouse this close to downtown, its great for its price. Its a bit outdated and could do with a renovation, but it is a nice place with great staff.
Affordable Great parking, good location. Love that we have space now, and it’s onty a little more than what we were paying for a shoebox next to campus.

Good Apartment for The Price Good enough apartments and have everything you need. It is close to all the amenities of Bloomington and your basic townhome needs.
Good price for the space It has plenty of space but the apartments really need work. Honestly the apartment had several issues with it when I moved in, such as burns on the carpet, cracks in the wall, and other damages.
Great Staff I have been here at Sass for a little over a year and the staff has always been very helpful!
Good Place Very pet friendly and the amenities are nice!
