Great starter place If you're looking for a great place to stay for awhile, then this is the place. The location is great. You're not too far from grocery stores or the college mall. The neighborhood is decent. People might leave trash and other things outside, and the noise level could be a bit much at times, but other than that, this place is fine. The maintenance crew works in a timely manner. 4/5
Sassafras 54 The place for the price is amazing. The rooms are big enough that you can share it with a partner. Parking was a 3 star because if you live in the middle rows then you walk a bit to get to your car, but not anything that I see as a problem. The paint job in the unit was not good which brought the maintenance down a star and when I first moved in maintenance requests took a while to fill. good for the value This complex isn't perfect but it's one of the most economic apartments in Bloomington.
Great apartment value I've lived here for about a year and just signed to renew my lease. It has been a very easy process to move in, park, and submit maintenance requests that actually get resolved very quickly. I am very pleased with the value of the apartment complex!

Great Value! I haven't had any issues with this place other than I get woken up about twice a week at 6 AM by guys emptying the dumpsters.
Rent payment I love the peace and quiet but the service stuck
