Decent Decent living. Good first apartment place. It also charges for water and sewer, so beware. Neighbors smoke will infiltrate into your home. Sometimes neighbors will take your parking place. People in office are nice. They work hard to get you answers. They also leave for a week or weeks without telling anyone, and it's hard to get in contact. Maintenance is mostly quick. Like the in-house laundry and dishwasher.

Great deal but no office on site. Would like to see an on-site office again.
Living here So far so good. It’s peaceful and neighbors are great as well.
Reasonable Rent but Terrible Management Rent rates are reasonable, but maintenance isn't responsive or timely, grounds aren't maintained, no on-site office or staff, off-site office staff are hard to get ahold of (office closed at random, no responses to emails, etc.), amenities listed on website aren't accurate, large-scale construction will start with no notice to residents.
No more lies Hunter bloomington is a slumlord company. 10+ properties in the city and only 2 office staff who are hardly availble to address complaints. This is either because they change offices frequently and without notice and/or they never answer the phone during regular business hours. The only interaction any resident gets with “management” is through the rotating door of over worked and under qualified maintence staff. Work order Ac is not working and they are not responding
Maintenance It's been like 2 months, but still the back of our house is not repaired and not even the door is repaired. It's really bad that I need to write this kind of review but I am very unhappy. Winters are on the way and still our door doesn't shut properly. We feel cold in the hall. That's all.
It's ok Price too high for what it is. Amenities at our location have never been open.
