a nice place to live! We lived here for 5 years. This place is perfect for students to live, especially for long-term living. The rent fee is among the lowest of the near purdue area especially for 2b2b(we had a survey on this). You dont have to share the washing machine with others. the office people are very nice. they can quickly responds to your need including the maintainace requests. less than 8 min drive to main campus makes it a great place to live temporarily.
River Walk is great! The River Walk staff is so helpful and we love where we live!

Excellent apartment complex! Very well taken care of apartments, maintenance always responds quickly and resolves the problem, and the staff is very kind and helpful. A great price for a quiet, pleasant location. I love living here.
