Loving the stay at Riverwalk The staff at riverwalk is absolutely amazing, we have had a few issues in the past and they were on it within the day. The ladies in the front office are extremely welcoming and inviting and always greet me when i come in to drop off rent or just to have some delicious coffee. We renewed our lease for another year!
Nice value, not too overpriced for what you get. I enjoy living here and have renewed my lease for my unit. It's a little dated, but they seem to know that and don't charge way too much for it. I have a 2Bed2Bath for less than $1,000 and free parking, water included, etc. so I can't complain. Also close to downtown Lafayette and Purdue, plus walking access to the riverwalk.
Great The apartment is great, and the environment is serene
First time moving didn't even move in yet but I'm excited.
Good upkeep Since living here, we have received a well amount of maintenance issues, however, this issues are always resolved right on the spot without hesitation which we greatly appreciate. We also appreciate how we hardly hear noise from other occupants in our building as it seems very private here. It is a great price for the location and amenities, we are happy to be releasing for our third year.
Overall it is good It was nice staying here so far but we wonder why the electricity bill is so high even if we use limited
Very satisfied The apartments are close to enough to everything you need. Staff are very friendly. Only issue is the stomping neighbor above me but that can't be helped. Over all very satisfied. Thank you!
