Nice place Nice place near to the Purdue University in west Lafayette
First time renting Good front desk very helpful and friendly. Nice application process straight forward! First time renting seemed scary but they made our situation work!! Pet friendy area with woods near by and bike trails.
Great Value! I've lived here for 6 months or so and it is amazing! Great free parking, low noise, and very affordable with a good amount of space and amenities. Maintenance takes a bit but only a minor issue.
Been here for two going on three years The staff here is amazing when i walk in the clibhouse they are always smiling and happy to help. There have been multiple times that maintenance have been called to our area and they check completed on our items before actually checking the issue. Also most of the issues that are “fixed” usually have issues a week to a month later.

Nice place to live Riverwalk is a good place to live, mostly quiet, affordable, low on ammenities, but the gym is ok.
Nice, quiet place I am happy to live here. It is quiet place. But a litter bit far from my universtiy.
