Downhill This complex has gone downhill the past few years I've lived here. Rent increases faster than inflation. They stopped including trash/sewer/water in rent a couple years ago. They don't take care of abusive and noisy neighbors (especially when said neighbors WORK for them). Sure the apartments are affordable if you have a roommate, so it's decent for students, but I wouldn't try making this a permanent residence for a family. Find someplace better.

The management team is getting worse The apartment is super old and bad quality. The staff are lazy and not friendly. Not enough parking spots. The street lamp has been broken for years, but they have not fixed it. But it seems like they changed the management recently. Will see how it goes.

Staffing Problems I've lived her for two years. When I first moved in I worked with Faith a lot and she has always been excellent. Unfortunately, in the last year or so I've seen less of Faith and more of other staff. The rest of the staff is not very friendly or helpful. They can never answer the questions I have. They don't return or calls or emails, and they make us feel stupid for asking questions. We have also had serious problems with the condition of the sidewalks and roads.
