Tolerable You get what you pay for, and in a place where everything is expensive you learn to accept you won’t get comfort without paying uncomfortable prices.
Needs cleaned up I love the office Lady Jen & all the maintnence men that are so kind & wonderful & help without any hesitation! Wish they would make the place a little prettier by clearing up over grown weeds & try to get rid of all the HUGE spiders on my side where i park! But overall, its a very good place if your a student or small family!
Just a few things More amenities at riverwalk,other then a workout room and a run down outdated tanning bed.more updates to apartments.faucets ,lighting fixtures,more outdoor landscaping.cleaner hallways,a place to cookout and seating,less pigeon poop and an idea to get rid of them
Unsatisfactory Black mold under all sinks, rotted out under kitchen sink, multiple doors damaged, deep dents and scratches in kitchen counter, trim falling out of the wall, black mold on the windows, not cleaned very well, guest bathroom shower has disgusting drain and no stopper. We waited an entire 10 days for the apartment to be cleaned before moving and were met with a disgusting array of stains, buildup, and neglect to the apartment
Review Have had multiple maintenance requests put in to have them cited as completed when they werent and i had to physically walk to main office to get them on to the jobs. They hired new workers now hopefully its better
Alright lived here for 3 years and the noise level after hours is dreadful.
Budget living - 2BR, 2BA Trad Stayed here for 3 years. Appreciated the affordable cost, proximity to Purdue, ample parking near my unit, key to the clubhouse with full kitchen, 5min walk to a semi-park, BUS23 stop in front. Gym machines all felt like they would fall apart. Bathroom pipes are old so expect random debris in water. Water is very hard so expect salt stains.
