Very good I've lived here since last fall and have had a pleasant experience besides some major plumbing malfunctions which were in turn handled very well by the staff.
Cheap price This is a very cheap choice but location is not best
solid place Overall very happy with this place. Had some issues with dryer and dishwasher but maintenance was always quick to fix the issues. Fairly quiet place and pet friendly with plenty of places to let a dog go to the bathroom and a walking trail/park within 1/2 mile walk
Excellent It's been great no complaints from me.
Average apartment Lived here for a year. Pretty standard complex. Dog friendly, but not tons of room for dogs to play outdoors. I haven't had many problems at all. Lots of pigeons make it hard to enjoy balcony space.

Quant My experience has been good. It's quite from the occasional louder thuds from moving around but overall great.
Good value for Lafayette It's a good value for the amount of space you get, and it's close to Purdue. It's directly on the bus line and it's a fast bike ride / drive to campus due to direct roads across the bridge and low traffic. Walking distance to a park and the best brewery in town. Can't complain about anything really.
Riverwalk Review I love living here. The apartments are wonderful; the location is wonderful; the staff is wonderful!! I am not looking forward to parking in the winter, but that is only about 2 to 3 months and the rest of the year is good.
