Great Price As a college student, the price and location to campus of the apartment is very great. Any issue we've ever had while living here was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Overall experience You can feel the vibration when big trucks and the train move. Maintance is pretty fast, but I don't feel safe because the mantainance staffs have keys to our place. The staff friendly, but not too friendly. They said things and change it in the future. Nevertheless, it's pretty cheap compared to other places.
Affordable, Quality, Conveinent I have lived here for 3 years! It is the 5th apartment I've lived at in this community and by far the best one. It has. a great combination of affordability and quality. The location is stellar. It's so close to downtown and campus, but without downtown and campus prices. Only 8 minute drive from a beautiful state park and walkable distance from a beautiful trail system!
Everything is looks great Was easy to apply needed something bigger and i got what i wanted plus everybody stay to their self i think its safe for the kids the staff are nice genuine people
Affordable Livibg If youre looking for affordable living, you found it. Surprisingly a lot of amenities for its size. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is pretty darn fast.
Close to a park and brew pub, close enough to Purdue Campus Nice to have a good sized park nearby, and a brew pub even closer. It's close enough to Purdue campus to walk/bike if nice outside and it sits right on a bus line that goes to campus. It's also close enough to downtown Lafayette without being in the heart of the city, so it's fairly quiet.
Nice for the price I have lived here for about a year, and I think it is okay for the price. Maintainance is always quick, but customer service at the clubhouse is not very friendly. Amenities are really bad, no pool, and the gym is basically obsolete.
Very good I've lived here since last fall and have had a pleasant experience besides some major plumbing malfunctions which were in turn handled very well by the staff.
Cheap price This is a very cheap choice but location is not best
