Verified Renter A lovely place to stay. Staff members are a gem. My daughter goes to the college and it’s not only close to the school but also not far from grocery store and shopping

Verified Renter Patriots place is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are nicely renovated. The environment is beautiful. The pool area is a great place to visit throughout the summer. I would have to say the rent is very expensive and the floors are very hollow and that causes you noise disturbances if you are on a downstairs unit. Otherwise patriots place is great!

Verified Renter Patriot Place is a place of joy, and relaxation. The pool is located right behind my apartment and it’s so calming to behold. I love how the palm trees stand near it so beautifully.

Verified Renter I love Mariahh and Paula, they literally are the best and one of the reasons I stay at pats place over anywhere else. The apartments are nice of course and if maintenance needs to come and fix something, they get it fixed and fast too.
