Verified Renter My experience thus far has been pleasant! If anything needs to be fixed you put a ticket in and it gets handled. The community is great and quiet you couldn't ask for more. I would refer friends and family. Oh, and its affordable price for the cost of living is reasonable compared to most places.
One of the best places I’ve lived in a while! I’ve lived at Patriot place for 2 years and I would say it’s one of the best apartments I’ve lived at in a while. The Maintenance team are so friendly and fast, I never had a issue with getting requests fixed in a timely manner. Paula and Mariah are literally the sweetest people ever! AMAZING NEW STAFF There were tons of things that needed to change here. I have lived here each year for FMU With roommates and only until this fall did things FINALLY get better. Other residents here leave trash all over and don’t care. It’s nice to have someone here who finally cares about this place!
staying at patriot The application process was easy and I feel very comfortable here. My apartment has been very well maintained and we have already had a great experience with maintenance. The neighbors haven't complained about my singing yet. I'm right by my school. It's a great spot.
