Verified Renter Not a large fan, many issues including the laundry being gone for 4 months. We have had constant issues with the apartment as it is old and not maintained

Verified Renter Seems to be on a decline since being here for the past year. Smoking, feeding the wild cats, dog poop everywhere even though it has been said numerous times to not let this happen, even in the lease. Place just feels dirty and unkept; the laundry room has still been out for about 3 months. In its condition, just find another place to stay unless you are really desperate for a place, but even then the prices are outrageous for even the smallest spaces. Verified Renter Despite everyone being extremely nice in the office it seems there’s always some type of issue that ends up being a major inconvenience. The laundry situation is honestly absurd, I have only done my laundry in the laundry rooms twice since I moved here 4 months ago because there’s always something going on. One of the main reasons I chose this place as opposed to other options in the area was the onsite laundry… that I haven’t even been able to utilize.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could leave no stars I would. This is by far the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Laundry app never works, takes quarters but you have to get them on your own from the store and the property manager always says it’s the company’s fault and the complaint never comes to fix them. I have wasted so much money just trying to wash clothes. Save yourself some hassle and money. Not even worth the convince of being across from the university.

Do not move here The apartment quality is cheap even though youre paying a good bit for an apartment. Hot water only runs for 3 min max. Knobs were lose on the kitchen. Paint was peeling, and not to mention the ungodly amount of cockroaches. AC units on the window do not distrube ventation well to the point where youre hot in the kitchen but freezing next to the window. Maybe the only thing going is the complex's speed at fixing things but other than that, i dont recommend this place.

Eviction Notices and Fees During Pandemic The neighbors are loud and the staff is horrible, they have an excellent maintenance team and that's about it. We have auto payment setup through their website, evidently the automatic payment expired without notifying us and when our payment was a day late we promptly received eviction notices and a $100 late fee despite having lived here over a year. 0 stars property is poor apartments are very low quality not properly maintained manager is unprofessional over priced for low quality stay has been horrible problems that were requested to be fixed are slow or never fixed. manager attempts to enforce rules that the manager does not follow them self.
