Verified Renter It is a safe and peaceful community, my only negative experience is with work orders completion and with the posted office hours. Staff is not in the office through the hours the advertise online or over the phone.

Verified Renter The staff is amazing! I would recommend patriot place to anyone who is looking to get on their feet. You definitely get what you pay for but I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Staff is quick to respond and get things fixed. I would recommend trying to get into a three bedroom if possible, washer/dryer included, dishwasher, central air. Lived in a few units here, different bedrooms and floor plans and all were good.
