Verified Renter Community is quiet. Rooms are patchwork, staff is friendly, but there is a lack of protocol for hazards. Overall, it is isn't bad to rent here if you're looking for a quiet environment and are a singleton. The hot water in the apartment last enough for a quick hot shower and there wasn't laundry on site for a few months.

Verified Renter I’ve been here two years and everything has been pretty good. Except that bugs this past year has been difficult to control to a point that is really disgusting. Besides that, attention from the office has been really good, and community wise really good.
