Verified Renter I like my apartment.. I haven’t had any major issues since I moved in. The only thing that really bugs me is the other residents and non residents with the dumpster area..
Verified Renter The staff is amazing! I would recommend patriot place to anyone who is looking to get on their feet. You definitely get what you pay for but I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Staff is quick to respond and get things fixed. I would recommend trying to get into a three bedroom if possible, washer/dryer included, dishwasher, central air. Lived in a few units here, different bedrooms and floor plans and all were good.
