i have friends who live here but i wouldnt live here at all ; its so hood and thats not my style of living at all.

I hate Lefrak City. They never have parking its like no one drives their cars anywhere! Not a good place to move to if your thinking about it. They only thing good about this place is Queens center mall is only minutes away.

It's not the absolute worst place to live. But it could get better. I am not the fan of the roaches and other various bugs in my building. However, I have seen a great improvement since we have commenced caulking the zillion and one holes and stuffed roach bait into every available opening. *sigh* Life in the city. So, while I know life could be MUCH much worse, I am also certain life could be loads better than this building. Let's see, what else? People here like to walk their dogs in the stairwell. Really? lefrak's city's biggest downfall is parking!!! its horrible around there... aside from that i loved the apartments. Fireproof buildings, with thick walls. 99 street side has amazing views of flushing meadows.
