Also the transportation services with the bus for shopping and special occasions plus the van for Dr. and other appointments are very important to me. I do appreciate the special activities we have on Thursdays and Saturdays.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a wonderful, pleasant change from the normal. Its a different sense of community here. The best part is living and having neighbors that are in my age range. Its such a pleasant experience not to have to experience people that arent respectful, that are loud, noisy, dirty. Attiva is an amazing experience. And, living with my age group is the best idea and well worth the little bit of extra you get for your peace and serenity. I am worth it!
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in Attiva Lewsiville for less than a year, but it feels like home here. It's not too big of a complex, so it has a nice homely feel to it. It's located in a residential area with some small businesses nearby, so it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The units have an open floor plan and looks very modern. I look forward to being here a long time.
