The community team... (Verified Renter) The community team is wonderful. The new management of Paula and Wendy are very responsive to our needs and are doing great things for the residents here. Also, Laquita is great. Nick is wonderful and plans wonderful trips, events, and parties for the residents. A high five to Crystal, housekeeping, and Jerome and Edgar in maintenance. Remember, you can pick your friends, not your family. We are living through the last years of life and living at Attiva offers us a happy and peaceful home. Going downhill Fast Elevators are forever going out and takes over a month to repair. Good at making surface areas look nice, just don’t look too close. We have a large board that has been hanging off the eve of a 3 story building and no one seems to see a need to repair it. Most wood on patios and trim is rotten. We only get the trash picked up Monday & Thursday. The price went up but service hasn’t changed. We need trash pickups at least 3 times a week.
Verified Renter Management unresponsive to safety issues Dog park promised when I signed lease; has not materialized. Mgmt behaviour inappropriate - hugging.
Least professional place... (Verified Renter) Least professional place I've ever lived. Residents talked to like they are children or someone's 'granny'. Residents paying for unused amenities, rather than receiving a rent reduction such as that received in many other states. Elevator out a lot. Residents actually fussed at for eating too many snacks, although this is a big marketing tactic. I went down today for snack time, which I very seldom do. Snacks had run out. The elevator keeps... (Verified Renter) The elevator keeps on breaking and that is very concerning!! I'm on the 3rd floor and can't do the stairs I couldn't meet by appointment yesterday because it was down all day & night.
