We were not... (Verified Renter) We were not sure about moving into an apartment after living in a house for all our lives. The staff has made it a great experience and we plan on making this our new home. The facilities, pool and exercise room are well kept and clean.

If you have a question or concerns the staff will try to fix it. This is a smaller community, I like that a lot. But it helps them have a little more time to personalize your concerns or needs.

I LOVE our... (Verified Renter) I LOVE our location. We are in a "neighborhood" next to a city park, near schools and we can hear the children playing, close to shopping going north or south, near a convenience store (almost across the street), just perfect for "gently used" seniors!!!
