Verified Renter Lewisville Attiva 55 Apartments are a wonderful place to live! Service and Office staff are friendly and very efficient. LOVE having our own hair salon and nail salon on the premises!! The swimming pool area is beautiful and we have our own grills to cook on. We have a putting green are for the golfers. When the Covid-19 virus is gone, more events will be planned, which are always fun and inexpensive. People who live here are friendly but haven't been able to socialize much yet but looking forward to doing so... read more

Verified Renter I moved here while it was Franklin Park Retirement Community and decided to stay when the property was sold. Im glad I decided to stay though there are a few areas that I preferred such as the furniture and decor. Im more old school than modern art etc.
