The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff has been very helpful in getting an apartment ready for me earlier than I had expected to move. They are friendly and flexible.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend Attiva Lewisville and have had a friend move here. We are both very happy here and both downsized and moved from large homes. Wish we had another closet in apt. or larger storage on patio.
Verified Renter I think staff members are doing quality work. Nick is especially talented doing the entertainment for residents. Maintenance is quick to address problems. The elevator problems had greatly concerned me with knee issues, and I am grateful to be having less issues with that. Barking dogs and dogs in food areas remain my biggest concern.

Im happy here.... (Verified Renter) Im happy here. I feel safe. Our management is more than willing to let you do whatever it takes as far as making Attiva your home. Theyre are open to suggestions and want it to be a wonderful experience living here. They make sure theres something for everybody to do. But keep it nice here so you can just sit on your patio if youd like. Everyone is helpful and happy to assist you. Going on my second year...............
