The elevator keeps... (Verified Renter) The elevator keeps on breaking and that is very concerning!! I'm on the 3rd floor and can't do the stairs I couldn't meet by appointment yesterday because it was down all day & night.
Verified Renter Mgmt appears to be focused on potential residents rather than needs/interests of current residents , e.g., this is the only place I've ever lived that refused to put up a bulletin board. I wouldn't waste time going to another Town Hall.
Concern about the... (Verified Renter) Concern about the floor covering in the north hallway , second floor, apt 2. Concern about tripping on uneven carpet squares. Concern about dog waste in the elevator and floors of Apt.2. Concern about dogs in the resident lounge where food is prepared and displayed.
