Attiva Lewisville is... (Verified Renter) Attiva Lewisville is a good place to live except one gate won't open about 1/4 of the time. Sometime a rock is put at the bottom of the gate to keep gate from closing. That makes the security here not as safe as in the past.
Verified Renter Mgmt appears to be focused on potential residents rather than needs/interests of current residents , e.g., this is the only place I've ever lived that refused to put up a bulletin board. I wouldn't waste time going to another Town Hall.
