The office and maintenance team do a good job of handling what they can quickly, and are all very nice and engaging! It slows down significantly when another company gets involved. The laundry rooms surrounding us have one machine broken in each unit, and it has been months since they have been fixed. We had flood damage for months before it got fixed. Verified Renter Resident experience has been amazing. No complaints in my eyes. The staff is nice and very helpful with the moving process, they understood my situation and work with me patiently. The maintenance crew is fast to respond and gets work done at a fast pace. I am very excited for the swimming pool to open up. I hope it opens this weekend for my house warming event.
Verified Renter So far it's been a good experience. The neighborhood is pleasant. The office staff and maintenance team are awesome. The gate is kind of a pain but I can overlook that. Parking has become an issue. Not enough available spots. Or at least enough spots that are close to my apartment.
