Horrible We have lived here for 7 mths and there have been numerous management and maintenance changes. Rules are not followed and run around is given when you call office. They are not timely in fixing things and are rude when you call to inquire on time line. I would not recommend this place to anyone and plan on leaving as soon as possible.
We were lucky... We have lived in Sandalwood Creek for over a year now. Why so long when I only give it 2 stars? We were first time renters without any credit and they gave us an apartment. We had searched for months and kept getting turned away, so we were just desperate for anything. Because Sandalwood will accept pretty much any walk of life, you can only imagine the neighbors we have ran into. We live in the very front building, so we live about 15 feet from Hwy 70. New owners The apartment has new owners they do very little to u grade the apartments. The staff is very friendly but that's about the only good thing.
