Verified Renter Me and my wife have been here for years we’ve loved growing here and watching the community here grow as well. We love all the get together the complex holds, we really appreciate all the pet friendly ones, and just how personable and welcoming eveyone is.
Verified Renter I give the capital so far 5 stars! They have been nothing but helpful! They even provided us with little move in kits with detergent and a trash bag and TP some last minute things we really needed! They also provided two packages with kitty toys and treats that our cats just love! Vince has been absolutely terrific to work with and they have been super understanding of our circumstances. We love our new home and look forward to spending many years here!
Verified Renter Live here for 5 years and have had no problems. Started out in an apartment then moved into a townhome. When something is broken maintenance is on the job. Office staff is very friendly.
