Parking issue There is a gold car in front of building 39 that takes up two spots and illegally uses the handicap spot
Overall Value People park in handicap spots with no consequences, park over lines, terrible enforcement of parking. 100 degrees and pool is closed - tennis court used by cricket players and sand volleyball court - no fitness center or playground. No one picks up after their dogs, Trash all over complex parking lot maintenance just walks or drives by it in the golf cart.

Bad Choice Bad decision for a single woman. So much happens at night and daytime. Wish I could move, but stuck another 7months.
Rent Hike I'm very disappointed to learn that my rent will increase $80 a month after being here only 10 months. I understand if several years went by and the business needed to adjust for inflation, but it seems like this is just another property management scheme. The company did the same thing by advertising rent at a certain price and then adding another $60 a month for water. All this bait and switching is deceitful.
you get what you pay for its honestly not worth the headache
Overlook The parking is absolutely horrible. Neighbors have an old car that has not moved in about two months. When they have company they take up all the parking. The neighbors on the 3rd bottom floor smokes marijuana and always outside loud.
