Overall Good It has been a nice experience till now. Property location is really good and well looked after. Children play area is very nice and also very much pet friendly.
35 years on the property I have enjoyed living in this area for the past 35 years.
Not to bad I’ve been staying here for a couple of months and all has been well for me. When I put in a request, maintenance will come to fix it within the next day or two. The staff at the fromt office is very polite and professional and take every issue seriously. Throughout the night there is no loud noises or anyone having a party so you can get a good nights rest.
Honest review Overall good environment. Every now and then not so night shift friendly in terms of work schedules. Mainly from certain residents and third party contractors, not in terms of staff.
Remodel The place is an ok place to stay but agter being here for so long i feel as if i should get my walks painted and floors clean
Excellent I have been living here more than a year It resembles a hill station which some I like a lot about it I do recommend to the incoming students of UAH to choose this appartment

Living at the Overlook I have lived at the Overlook for a little over 2 years. I have a nice apartment. Maintenance is always on time. I would definitely recommend family and friends to love here.
Pleasant We have lived here for two years now and I have nothing but good feeling about the property. Anytime I call with any issue, the staff listens to my concerns and correct the problem immediately. I would recommend anyone I know to lease with the property.
