Complete package The overlook apartment complex offers great amenities for families with children or without. The maintenance staff are highly efficient and skilled.
Maintenance It’s a great complex for a nice reasonable price but if something in the apartment breaks or just needs fixing, be prepared to wait days or maybe weeks for it to get done. They take a lot of shortcuts to fix things around the complex.

Overall Good It has been a nice experience till now. Property location is really good and well looked after. Children play area is very nice and also very much pet friendly.
35 years on the property I have enjoyed living in this area for the past 35 years.
Not to bad I’ve been staying here for a couple of months and all has been well for me. When I put in a request, maintenance will come to fix it within the next day or two. The staff at the fromt office is very polite and professional and take every issue seriously. Throughout the night there is no loud noises or anyone having a party so you can get a good nights rest.
