Descent I Like it here.
Overall experience Overall, I am satisfied with the Overlook apartments. My biggest gripe would be that a lot of the washing machines in the laundry room either steal quarters or have drainage issues.
Parking Parking is becoming a huge problem, especially for those who stay here. Lately (more like that last couple months) I’ve noticed more cars parked here overnight without decals often leaving residents parking 2-3 apartment buildings away (myself included). I hope we’re able to get some of these lines together as well. The old parking lines have faded leaving people comfortable enough to park wherever & however.

Pretty good Nice place... Just gets a little loud at times
Could be better We have been waiting on maintenance to come for two requests for over a month now (we have even resubmitted them). Everything is kind of run down but at least it's pretty quiet most of the time. The staff could have better communication and there have been multiple times where the office was supposed to be open and no one was there. I'm really only here because it is close to UAH. If I had more than a year left I probably would move out.
Parking issue There is a gold car in front of building 39 that takes up two spots and illegally uses the handicap spot
Overall Value People park in handicap spots with no consequences, park over lines, terrible enforcement of parking. 100 degrees and pool is closed - tennis court used by cricket players and sand volleyball court - no fitness center or playground. No one picks up after their dogs, Trash all over complex parking lot maintenance just walks or drives by it in the golf cart.
