Long time resident It's a functional location. It has served a purpose for me to be relatively close to all of the places I frequently go to. In my personal experience. The communication on the phone with the leasing office is mostly good but sometimes lacking. Lacking in clarification of an issue and following up.

Affordable and comfortable for the price Very good property. All issues addressed accordingly and timely. Very, very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone seeking housing in this area.

Overall experience Overall, I am satisfied with the Overlook apartments. My biggest gripe would be that a lot of the washing machines in the laundry room either steal quarters or have drainage issues.
Parking Parking is becoming a huge problem, especially for those who stay here. Lately (more like that last couple months) I’ve noticed more cars parked here overnight without decals often leaving residents parking 2-3 apartment buildings away (myself included). I hope we’re able to get some of these lines together as well. The old parking lines have faded leaving people comfortable enough to park wherever & however.
