The WORST apartment complex I have ever tried to even visit. Went it to ask for information they were too busy and told me to come back another day. Told them I do not live here and just wanted to see the property and get information the agent at the front just said sorry I can't help. ROBBERIES! If you want to live somewhere that's not secure, want to worry whether your car/motorcycle will be there when you get home then this is the place for you. This building has had many robberies and yet management does nothing. Our motorcycle, as well as the motorcycles of other neighbors, have been stolen. There is no security, no cameras, and everyone tailgates you to get into the garage. There is no tightening of security, cameras being installed - nothing. The building itself is amazing and well thought of but the Management and quality of residents is sadly a mess.
Resident for a little over a month now. The lagoon is only open Sat/Sun which sticks because they constantly post and advertise the use of the lagoon. You can't bring ANY food or drinks into it. Not even into the picnic area of the lagoon. And the entire lagoon isn't opened yet, like the "little island". Looks better than the actual experience of it. The news & newspaper advertised this like it would be open to the public, but it's not. The lagoon is for residents only! This was deceptive marketing. It like beautiful though.
