Apparently several of the bitter people on the building's personal website have found their way to Yelp. Sadly we have about half a dozen people who all they do is cry, yet they just don't move out if it's is so horrible. We moved-in to the Shoreline in April and am still in love with, my view, the building, staff, and all of its amenities. Also still very happy we signed a two-year lease. I am going to be a new resident and I just wanted to say how helpful and responsive Mitsy and Tristan has been throughout the whole process! I am so excited to move in and can't wait to see my new place. I will follow up with a review after a couple months of living there as well (:

I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment -- but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense "damage fees" for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called "free month rent" offer is a trap. Natalie Gonzales, be aware of this lady and the staff here, we have every evidence to prof in which conditions we left the apartment, painted, cleaned they try to steal you deposit anyways, they don't have the documents that you sign when you move in conveniently they can't find them but they charge me 2,700$ for damages that were at the apartment before and they knew because pictures where sent to the office the day of moving. Basically crooks and unprofessional staff, lazy, not helpful.

Run from this building. Overpriced for what they offer. The lease office never responds and if they do they do not help. They are very nice when you go to see the unit. Once you rent they show who they are.

Wish we had never moved in here. Not luxury living in any way. Our vehicle was stolen right out of the the gated private parking garage as there is NO security and people are able to drive in and out unchecked. The building is dirty- all. the. time. and there are really unreasonable rules for the use of the Laguna and charge ridiculous deposits to use other common areas that offer nothing out of the ordinary. Sadly, disappointed that this place has gone down hill. I have lived here for over a year and a half and in the beginning things were ok as the tenants that lived here have been more working professionals. Now lately even with "security" -My bike was stolen and the lock cut off and it's parked directly in front of the camera in the garage. Meanwhile I was told by management there is no camera however the police know there is one and the management are lying -saying there is no camera. Make it make sense.... i am a realtor and it's been 2 months since my client rented his unit and i still didn't get paid ... they don't answer the phones and don't ever tell you when they will pay you. terrible to pay realtors. if you are an agent dont take your client there !!!!

Be aware people!!! This PROPERTY has the worst management ever. My car got hit in the garage by the front gate where I always park and when I told the management about this issue they told me that they cannot release any footage of the hit-and-run incident that happened. Something that I understood, but after the police asked release of footage from them, they lied to the police by telling them that there are no cameras in the garage.
