Don't move here they charge your guests to park. My friends received parking tickets from a B.S company they hired and now have to pay $85 just to come visit. Not even in Brickell do they charge this much for guests. Construction is so loud you can't sleep past 7am.
The stench of marijuana is everywhere !! You cannot open the balcony and breathe fresh air. Marijuana is in the elevator, on the floors, even in your bathroom and your bedroom, because it comes from the ventilation and power outlets from the neighbors. The management does not respond to complaints !! This is the worst management in the Free smoke buildings under the lease contract. These apartments are not worth the money.
Most unprofessional place. I was locked out of my unit when I informed them I wanted to move out due to being laid off from work. Even when I should have been on for the rest of the month of January. They had me wait to for hours for someone to allow me in. Yet 12 hours later my key fob is still disabled.
Very disappointed with this property. Spent two months waiting for a response regarding my application. I was constantly sending emails and making phone calls to management in order to inquire information and not once did I get a response. If it wasn't because I had gone physically to the property (about 10 times if not more) to go speak with them, I would have never known anything. It's my worst experience with apartment ever! I rent this place a month ago and from the beginning everything looks good. Nice modern apartment, pool and laguna. Unfortunately beside all this nice amenities I got horrible service from the management. First of all they got into my apartment without any permission while I was in my vacation out of city. The apartments are NOISY. You can literally hear the elevator from the balcony. The Lagoon is NEVER OPEN resident's are NOT allowed to EAT, DRINK or PLAY MUSIC. The pool is monitored 24/7, NO MUSIC is allowed. The leasing staff are incompetent who create rules as they go. LEASING STAFF have been caught smoking weed outside, CRIS, JENNY AND Linda and other staff disregard residents needs. Many Residents have filed LAWSUITS against the building for breaching lease agreements. Living here has been a nightmare. I expected better... read more
I applied twice to the shoreline the second time around they asked for about 3 forms of proof for my income and were giving me a very hard time. I finally got approved after going back and fourth for 3 days, then the next day I was denied because my background came back. One of the worst decisions I have made, don't even plan to move here, they offer you that this is a luxury building but it's not for sure. They tell u that the lagoon is gonna be open every day but it's not true, I've been here for more than 6 months and still nothing. There is loud music at the pool, the management doesn't care about anything. There is not enough parking lot for visitors. A disaster this management. They tow your car even you are paying for a spot.
Leasing "agents" are actually incompetent. One agent quite literally didn't speak English. She did not know a single answer to any question we asked. A week later, after my client applied, I tried calling and calling to speak to someone, anyone all day. 9am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm. I could not get anyone on the phone to assist to see the status of my clients application. A few days later, the agent texted me that she needed my clients ID which she already scanned that day. A total mess.
