Sofi has made this process seamless. She is an excellent leasing agent and I'm grateful that she's helped me from start to finish, making sure I got the perfect unit for my layout. Cristine has also been excellent and made me feel so taken care of. I can't wait to move into my new home in just a few weeks!

Just recently moved in. Sole Mia is a Best place in the area. My apartment got an amazing view, the gym has top-notch equipment, all you need to work out. The pool is super nice, great place to relax , tan. The staff is amazing especially Rachel, helps me with every concern. Truly an amazing place
Absolutely Terrific Leasing Staff and Experience! Jenifer Lastra went above and beyond to make sure our introduction to this beautiful property was a wonderful experience! We were given an in-depth tour of several different options that matched what we were looking for (high floor and awesome view). If you are looking for a place to rent around North East of Miami-Dade. Definitely you have to check this place out. I believe Shoreline have one of the best option in regards of amenities with a modern building. My favorite highlights: people love pets specially with big dogs . There are so spacious area for them to run around. Of course their man made lagoon is something out of your mind. This place is a gem.

Came in about a month ago to see the place and the place sold it self. Great location great amenities and most importantly great staff. Cris was the leasing manager that worked with me She was great very responsive,nice,friendly, and helped us with all our needs highly recommend!!!
