Tented laundry machines don't work They replaced my rented washing machine last week. I complained that it didn't work right yet they refuse to replace it. Now it will be another 2 months before I can afford to buy my own.
Maintenance are rude and the parking is horrible The parking here has become a major issue. I live upstairs but due to visitors parking in residential parking spots that leave you to park far away from your apartment so if you have groceries or it raining that can become a problem. This issue should be addressed some residents have multiple visitors that may stay overnight or even days .
Dont ask again Painting over 40 years of outdated wallpaper is a bad idea. Give me my porch swing back.
lazy staff Staff takes off early without notice. Maintenance and renovation events happen without any kind of notice from staff.
