Nice for the price Would be nice if they provided in hiuse washer dryer, microwave and also ceiling lighting. But the prices are low so I think they balance out. There is also ample storage space!
Good Place to Live Moved to a 2Bd/1Br apartment here very recently. It is a good place to live. High referral awards (get me in touch through public search if you want one). Overall no negative impressions.
Worth the value Great location very quiet maintenance is quick and reliable staff is excellent They take good care of the property no noise great value for the price. Been living there 3 years and very happy.
Good find I’ve been livign here for 4 months and i dont have any complaints. Staff have been helpful from the beginning. Maintenance has been quick to get to your maintence issues. I woudl recommend to anyone as a starter apartment.
a good community to live This apartment is close to my work place. The road is very clean and the staffs here are friendly and helpful. The maintenance is also fast.

Nice Location When relocating from out of state to Huntsville Alabama, prior management did everything to make my transition smooth w/ the paperwork & being available, whenever I had a inquiry. THAT'S PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!
Just my opinion.. Ive lived here for 2 years now, i love the location, some neighbors are noisy and the laundry rooms either taken, messy, or the doors locked and we cant get our clothes till the office opens in the morning.. Lots of us have stickers for parking spots but yet people without stickers still park right in front of the buildings leaving the people that actually live there to park somewhere other than in front of our buildings! Really Good So Far I have been here for only a couple of months so far and I have no real complaints. Great location so close to Bridge Street, University Dr, Madison, and Downtown. Free gym membership to the local gym about 5 mins away. The pool was kept clean and well. The staff is friendly.
