Really Good So Far I have been here for only a couple of months so far and I have no real complaints. Great location so close to Bridge Street, University Dr, Madison, and Downtown. Free gym membership to the local gym about 5 mins away. The pool was kept clean and well. The staff is friendly.
Good I’ve been here 2years and it’s been superb eith stagf , maintenance and neighbors. They just re paved our parking lot and it looks great. Even better because the handicap spots were being taken due faded paint. Maintenance calls for me has been hectic my first year but they been responsive on all calls. Currently no problems!

12 years - No problems Been here for 12 years. Maintenance service has always been excellent. Staff has always been courteous. I am pleased. On-line rent payment system does have some occasional issues and sometimes does not submit rent on time.
Nice place to live Been in Royal Pines for 2.5 years. Very affordable, quiet, Great maintenance property is up kept. Very easy to get to anything quickly. Very satisfied
Home Only been here a week but I love the location and the size of the apartment. The storage is unbelievable!!
