Great value Very quiet and convenient to everything.
Decent Would be a lot better with better office staff and maintenance people.
Affordable, Nice, and Great Staff Affordable place to live, especially for college students. Great staff and maintenance workers. Pretty quiet for the most part. Pay for what you get.
Nice and cozy Well, i signed my lease for another 2 years and i got a $300 incentive. That says it all.
Good place Going on three years here, not a bad place to stay , Price and location were my top two to go with and this place was a good choice for me .
Cool Royal Pines I have been living in Royal Pines apartments for the last 4 years and I love this place. It is convenient from my university and right at the intestate. The property despite being old but well maintained and very clean. I keep recommending this place to all my friends and three of them got their apartment last year. They all love it too. In short, this is the best apartment you can find in the area. Cheers!

Royal Pines Apartments Royal Pines Apartments is in a very nice location centrally located and seem to be a nice quiet community. The area is kept clean and the maintenance guys are really nice and professional. The office staff is very professional as well and always willing to assist. They are available at all times and even after the office closes they have an emergency service.
12+ years now! Still good place to live. A few improvements needed, but overall quite good.
