In general Since moving in things have not been good. It's taken a long time to get some stuff fixed around our unit!
Good for what it is If you are looking for something in a nice location Pheasant Park is great. It is close to 169, 94 and 694 for quick and easy access to the cities and surrounding neighborhoods. It's close to shopping centers in Maple Grove, Crystal and Brooklyn Center. However you will be paying way too much for a mediocre apartment. We were told that the apartments were being renovated. What that actually meant was that there were new kitchen appliances being put in. Everything else was left as is and was in pretty shab... read more
Needs improvement !!!!! We need someone to enforce the rules. They should apply to all, not just some!!
