Tenants Great management ! The manager on site is a great person who understands how to manage the property. She communicates with tenant well and attend to repairs requests in a timely manner. She’s great!
Welcome Home Since Ms. Chelcea has become our property manager, my apartment has felt like my home. She has accomplished a lot for being here a short time. Communication is key and she does it expeditiously and extremely well. I can truly say that whenever I'm away from home, I can't wait to get here. I can enjoy my peace of mind, and my quiet time. I've only been here a short time as well... and I am here to stay! Thank you Ms. Chelcea and Pheasant Park for welcoming me home ??
Almost everything needs frequent repairs I believe most things in the apartment need replacement
