Almost 4 years It's been fine living here. Expensive compared to what I would get for only a $100 more elsewhere, rent seems to be raised every year. I think there should be incentives to stay, the longer you've been there and a good tenant should be rewarded and not charged more than someone who just moved in. Jennifer is great. Haven't had any problems with my unit or appliances. Main reason I would leave if I did is because no in unit laundry.

Reivew My experience living here was great. Management and staff was awesome and talkative. Pricing was alright for a 2 bed 2 bath unit. Amenities were offered but the pool has since been drained. Other than that everything seemed fine in our unit.

My fresh new start Walls are thin. Noise level in building at minimal. More security Cameras are definitely needed throughout building, including garage and stairways. Overall, nice area and most neighbors are respectful.

very accurate We just moved in, The manager is friendly she has been accommodating. The only complaint which everyone has is the heat and hot water not working.
