I love the location but not so much of everything else So far living here is not what I expected but I love the area

Medicore at best Lived here 10 years, property management has gone down hill considerably over the last 5 years. Hoping the next property manager is more attentive to the overall building. Being visible to all residents on a regular basis, addressing tenant concerns, noise, repairs, snow plowing, NOT waiting a Week to get plowed, everyday issues that arise regularly.
Not happy Cannot wait to my Lisa's up to move
Nice location but that's it. Lived here for 4 years. The new management is much better than the last 3 we had. They did nothing to improve the status or quality of living here. Packages get stolen on a regular basis and it doesn't seem that anything is being done. They say renovated but nothing has been truly renovated except parts of the kitchen. Noise level is high. If you have kids this is a perfect place to live. If you don't the walls are very thin.
Noisy neighbors Neighbors loud.. children constantly running in above apartments and warehouse next to the complex is noisy starting in early hours..
