Awesome place Apartment complex is well maintained and it is on bus route to Purdue. Shopping area is very close by. Leasing office is very prompt in resolving any issues. Great quiet place to live for scholars!
Good It's good for the price.
Great (and affordable) place to live I lived here for 4 years and the price to value ratio is hard to beat. Spacious apartments, the gym is useful and during the summer the pool is great
Great Place for a Purdue University Student I have been living here for about 3 and a half years. It is very convenient for me because it is close to the Research Park where I do most of my work. It also has the Bus 10 and Bus 1B passing right in front of it. Walmart, Payless and Asia Global Market are all walking distances away from Peppermill Village. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay at an affordable price.

Peppermill Townhouses Great value. It is a little farther away from campus and from the bars but the price is great and has an upstairs and downstairs with a washer and dryer is really great. Plus the two and a half bath.
Peppermill Apts. Review Peppermill is in an excellent location. It’s on 3 bus routes and located near Walmart, Payless, banks, etc. The water bill is too high. The rent is ok- not too good and not to bad.
Peppermill is pretty nice for the price! Cons: I wish the single bed units had washers and dryers. Also, there is a guy in my building who likes to scream at stuff and a few partiers around. Pros: Adorable layout, pet friendly, great location, very affordable, quick maintianance. Overall, I really like Peppermill.
Peppermill Village 2BR I have been living for 3 years in a 2BR home in Peppermill Village, and I am very satisfied with my experience. It is a quiet and peaceful community and with excellent noise-proofing between apartments.
