I'm Still Here It's now going on for 10 years at this rental property. I've written a few reviews and have meant every word. I first started living here as a graduate student for my Master's and PhD. Now, I am working in this city and have appreciated the consistency of the apartment's team. It's a safe place and I haven't had any big issues. I have always referred others to this property as it is 1) safe, 2) has two bus stops nearby, 3) spacious, and 4) kept tidy.
Wonderful Experience at Peppermill I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and share my wonderful experience living at Peppermill. My time here has been exceptional. The maintenance and upkeep of the apartment complex is remarkable. The management and staff is welcoming and responsive. They are always ready to help and resolve the issue. Apartment is on bus route of 10 and 1B so public transport accessibility is great.
Need renovation Peppermill Village is in nice place where kids can go to nice schools in West Lafayette. But bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are too old. If electric appliances and bathrooms are renovated, it would attract more people.
Good Everything is great except one thing. Laundry is pain, and the key to get in created the most inconvenience.
Great apartment for students I have been living here for 3 years. Everything is great! Stuffs are nice and maintenances are efficient and reliable. I have recommended this apartment to all my friends and classmates who need a new place. They seem enjoying the apartment well so far!
Long-term resident weighs in I've lived at Peppermill Village for nearly a decade and have had very few complaints during my time here. Good location, affordable rent costs (for my unit at least), helpful staff and prompt maintenance teams have made my time in West Lafayette noticeably better.
Best place to live at a real good price Best place to live at a great price. Also great maintenance always handled correctly and in a timely manner.
Good I like that the parking lot is spacious. Also, the apartment is super quite. The office staff are rude sometimes.
