A nice place to stay I like Peppermill Village apartment the amenities are nice and the staff is courteous and will immediately address all your concerns
Good place to stay! It is very convenient public trafic. Convenient to school campus. It is also close to Walmart and not far to payless.
Value For Money Very nice place. You get all the amenities at a very cheap rate. Close to grocery stores and bus stops.
Building is old The staffs are friendly. But building is old.
Decent value I have lived here for one year, I would recommend it because it is relatively affordable compared to the rest of the market. Noise also has never been an issue which is nice.
I have loved living in Peppermill Village Apartments I have lived in Peppermill Village Apartments for 5 years now. The apartment is a great value, the location is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and there is always parking near my unit. Maintenance has been prompt and efficient with any repairs or issues that have come up over the years. It has been a pleasure staying here and would recommend this complex.

Home Is What I Call It I've had the pleasure of living in Peppermill for about 9 years as a grad student and now a working professional. It's been a great experience as the neighborhood is very quiet and it's mostly grad students, working professionals, and families that live in the community. There are 2 bus stops so if you need to go to Purdue or Walmart, that's an option. The community also does a few fun things like carnivals throughout the year to bring everyone together. Affordable, spacious, friendly I’ve lived here for over 3 years in the same apartment unit. Peppermill 1bd apartments are quiet and spacious. However some units don’t have a washer and dryer in some or the 1 bd apartments There is lots of parking available for guests. Staff are friendly, but sometimes unresponsive and hard to get a hold of sometimes. They seem to be understaffed with maintenance workers, but those that are working at Peppermill do a great job with repairs and overall helpful. I personally have not used many ... read more
