Convenient rentals The amenities and other services are excellent. Some of the units could use newer appliances and little remodeling for the modern look but the apartments are good for their location.

Good cost-benefit I have been living in the complex for more than a year. It has a great cost-benefit. The apartment is old, and maintenance can take some days to show up. However, the apartments are spacious, and you have some flexibility to decorate the way you want. I like the complex amenities, even though the clubhouse can only be used during business hours. Who has time to enjoy the facility during business hours? And the price is resealable for the square foot you receive.
Awesome place to live I've been living here for over a year. The apartments are reasonably priced and located on the bus route to Purdue. Maintenance and personnel are extremely polite and helpful. There is no parking problem. The area is generally fairly quiet. Unfortunately, the residents that live right above my apartment are loud, which is a nuisance for me. Everything else is fantastic.
Great place for the price This is a great place for the price. The maintenance is good and reliable. The location is very convenient as there are two bus routes passing in front of the apartment.
Great for the Price I have a 15 month lease here. The 1 bed apartments have an adorable layout and all of the appliances worked great. Maintenance is normally ridiculously fast and very friendly. My only complaints is that I wish the lease terms were a little more flexible. I would have liked to stay in my apartment for 3-6 more months.
