Decent Price This is a good bargain for what you have to pay elsewhere. It is fairly cheap and one of the better priced apartments around. Anything cheaper is a dump.
Old building I see weeds on the parking lot. The buildings are so old. I think Peppermill village has to renovate apartment buildings. Bathtub must be replaced.
