Great place! I have been living here for 2 years, and this is definitely a great place to live. Quiet place, convenient public transportation and great staffs!
Decent Price This is a good bargain for what you have to pay elsewhere. It is fairly cheap and one of the better priced apartments around. Anything cheaper is a dump.
Old building I see weeds on the parking lot. The buildings are so old. I think Peppermill village has to renovate apartment buildings. Bathtub must be replaced.

Affordable, well-maintained and well-connected I have lived at Peppermill Dr., for 2 months. I rent a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. The amenities provided in the apartment are well-maintained and prompt services are provided in case the amenities malfunction. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ample parking spaces and recreational areas also enhance the living experience.
