Great place to live! I really enjoy living here. For apartment living, it is the best it can get! Great staff and maintenance, the landscaping is beautiful. The community is great, the location too! The apartment itself is modern and spacious. I don't have a negative thing to say!
Great location South of Downtown Arlington Great location South of Downtown Arlington where I can walk to the grocery store, and a bunch of restaurants. Located a block or so from highway 9 which can take you to highway 531 if you commute South, or highway 530 if you are going North or East. I'm in the building closest to the intersection of 77th and 204th so I do hear a lot of traffic noise compared to if you were in the back of the lot. Noise I love my apartment but my neighbors are loud as are most of their dogs. I encounter dog poop frequently in the grass at the bottom of the stairwell. I have not had a good nights sleep since I moved in because of traffic on 77th and Hwy 9. I thought I would get used to it but in the summer months when I NEED to keep my bedroom windows or the slider in my living room open, I can't because of the car and people noise. I realize now that these are "apartment living" noises, but it never stops.
