Pretty Nice Pretty nice place! Could get warm in the summer but overall not that bad and rather cozy.

Park 77 Park 77 is a nice place to live. We'll kept, helpfully staff, quick maintenance responses. I'm happy to live there. I feel a value for my space. Ice even suggested it to some friends.
It's home here It definitely feels like a neighborhood here. Tons of families and kids and dogs and surprisingly everybody does a good job at cleaning up up after themselves.
