Dog poop everywhere Please pick up dog poop, pool should be open til at least 10 pm, and kids make a lot of a mess outside, and besides that, this place is great.
Great place to live! Amazing location, staff and amenities. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live, this is it. I love living here at Waterfront Place.

Park 77 apartment My family and I feel safe and secure here. Apartment staff and management are awesome.
Nice but noisy We have lived here only a month. Everything is fantastic except parking and noise levels. It is very rare when we can park close to our apartment. Further, I'm sure it depends on where your building is located, but we experience high noise levels and have been woken up in the middle of the night several days a week.
review -have been here a while and it is a nice place. it would not be worth it if the rent went up but the PNW is insane when it comes to rents. as of right now it is a good price for a good location -mostly quiet sometimes you can hear the traffic on highway 9 but not bad -i suggest jumping on a covered spot if you can get it near your building or a set of walking shoes, but that is also common with the PNW, it is like they think there will only be one car per house hold. not when you have to have 2+ jobs in the house hold... read more
Living experience It’s nice living here but a little expensive but everything work well and close by to work .
