It's home here It definitely feels like a neighborhood here. Tons of families and kids and dogs and surprisingly everybody does a good job at cleaning up up after themselves.

Park 77 Park 77 is very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The management and staff are friendly. Building grounds are always cleen.
It's home. Living here does feel like home. The sounds of kids and dogs playing helps give it the feel of safety that reminds you of growing up.
I like it The washer and dryer don't work very well, and some of the other tenants are rude. Parking is hit or miss. However, for apartment living, park 77 is top of the chart. The staff is amazing, the rent is moderate, the amenities are a nice bonus and the apartments themselves are favorable and higher end. We don't plan on moving anywhere any time soon. So happy we chose this place for a home.
