mitchell park I have been in these apartments for almost 3 years and the best thing about them is that they are in a very safe area that I feel comfortable in that I can walk around in as well without worry and they are still affordable. The prices in Smyrna are now very high but this community is a life saver in that aspect.
Verified Renter My electric and gas bills tripled! The apt is so old and not insulated well if at all and when the really cold weather truly hits, the HVAC heat never goes off! The floor in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is like walking on ice, I swear I can ice skate on the linoleum! All I can say is, I might have a roof over my head but I got ice for a floor! Verified Renter Over priced with old living conditions. Leasing office acts as if these are luxury apartments and they are far from it. half made "renovations" you try to clean your bathtub and all the paint IS going to come off. The parking lot is terrible one way strips cars cant leave or come in at the same time. never opens the pool. there's no washer or dryer connections yet they took over a year to fix and clean the neighborhood laundromat which looked DISGUSTING for MONTHS.

Verified Renter The community is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors speak and are friendly. The maintenance men are friendly and do their job well. Tree office people are bee nice. The buildings are old and have structural issues and a roach infestation. For the price we pay things should be maintained better. The corporate owners need to come see the buildings and address the infestation. Everything we bomb the roaches run from apartment to apartment. Its a no win situation. That's my biggest complaint.
